the maximum canvas dimension is 3000 x 3000 pixel, 300 dpi for heavy details, 4000 x 4000 pixels for simple details (Seumine is flexible about this condition however please ask before)

if there is no special request, the canvas size would be decided by Seumine

illustration progress would be sent in low quality JPEG, sometimes in the format of a screenshot

illustration result would be sent as a digital goods, high-quality PNG, 300 dpi, through e-mail or google drive

The client must acknowledge and credits Seumine as the creator of the artwork

The result would be uploaded as a portfolio with a special commission watermark

price for non-direct client (using marketplace such as Vgen, Etsy, Fiverr,etc) could be different from the one stated in this website

Seumine will put her logo in the artwork

Seumine may upload the artwork, along with the work-in-progress images with a special commission watermark for her promotion and portfolio purposes

the client may use the artwork for personal merchandise/prints

additional fee for commercial license will apply for organisations and business

special price will apply for small-new business, non-profit organisations and collaborations

collaboration projects must state helloseumine's brand in the main product

the client will receive the artwork without the logo

Seumine may (delay) uploading the artwork, along with the work-in-progress images with a special commission watermark for her promotion and portfolio purposes (max 3 months)

Seumine may not upload the artwork and work-in-progress by request and an extra charge

the client may use the final artwork for commercial merchandise or prints

the client may use the final artwork for marketing, selling and branding purposes

additional documents or contracts may occur after the consultation and negotiation phase

besides the legal contract, Indonesian Law shall apply to the commission

to harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person's legal rights

to violate any intellectual property rights of us or any third party

to upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another

to perpetrate any fraud

to engage in or create any unlawful gambling, sweepstakes, or pyramid scheme

to publish or distribute any obscene or defamatory material

to publish or distribute any material that incites violence, hate or discrimination towards any group

to unlawfully gather information about others.
